We’ve heard murmurings of Reba McEntire shooting a new comedy series, and finally we’re getting some details on the show after the queen spoke with Entertainment Tonight.

Reba said the pilot has been shot for a new show called Happy’s Place and it co-stars her longtime pal and Reba co-star Melissa Peterman and her boyfriend and fellow Young Sheldon star, Rex Linn. Reba says the show has the same production and writing team as her previous shows and now they’re just crossing their fingers it gets picked up

In a previous episode of Entertainment Tonight, Reba explained that she inherits a tavern from her late father, but has to share ownership with a half sister she didn’t know about. Rex plays a short order cook who plays a patriarchal role in the business, but she also hints that romance could bloom between the two.
