Dustin Lynch and Jelly Roll’s new single “Chevrolet” is a remake of Dobie Gray’s “Drift Away,” with a new lyric over the classic melody.

The song pays homage to their love for Chevy trucks, with the new lyrics reflecting their personal experiences.  Despite the nerves of releasing new music, having Jelly Roll on the track has given Dustin confidence.

“You know, it’s always scary putting out new music. When you got a guy on fire like Jelly Roll to put a song out with, that song just raises its hand. It’s like, ‘OK, yeah, we’ll put it out.’ And that’s doing big things for us,” shares Dustin.

“Chevrolet” is climbing the country charts and can be found on Dustin’s latest album, “Killed the Cowboy.”
