Fifty years after she was discovered singing the national anthem at the National Finals Rodeo in Oklahoma, Reba McEntire will one again perform the “Star Spangled Banner” at this year’s Super Bowl.

In a release, the country icon said, “I’m honored to be part of something as big and historic as the Super Bowl coming to Las Vegas for the first time. 2024 marks 50 years since I was discovered singing the National Anthem at the National Finals Rodeo, and I can’t think of a better way to celebrate that anniversary.”

In addition, Post Malone will sing “America, the Beautiful” and Andra Day will perform “Lift Every Voice and Sing” before the game, while Usher will take the stage for the halftime show.
