On June 20, 2020, at approximately 2:30 p.m., the Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a neighbour dispute on Victoria Street, Ingersoll.

Investigation determined that there was a verbal argument between occupants of a dwelling, regarding another person’s property. The belongings of an individual were removed from a storage area and urinated on, before the police were called.

As a result, a 68-year-old was arrested and charged with Mischief.

The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock at a later date.
