Patrons will be notified when their order is ready for pickup and are asked to call the library when they arrive. Staff will checkout the books and put them in paper bags. Patrons will then have the option to either walk up to a pickup station or have the books delivered to the trunk of their vehicle. Here is the pickup schedule for both Ingersoll and Tillsonburg: Wednesdays, 3-6pm; Thursdays, 10am-1pm; Fridays, 3-6pm; and Saturdays, 10am-1pm. Library staff will quarantine returns for 72 hours to minimize the risk of any transmission. OLC is recommending your wash your hands before and after picking up your library items. For added safety, you can let things sit for 24 to 72 hours before handling them at home. For more details, visit www.ocl.net.
