The 2019 Canada Outdoor Farm Show opens its doors tomorrow to the public with various vendors showing off the best and newest technology in the field. Today though, the media got a sneak peak at some of these vendors.

One that’s sure to catch the eye of many is the DOT A-U1 Power Platform. Thirty years in the making, this piece of farming equipment has some of the most advanced technology in the field.

The DOT Power Platform Seed Master was demonstrated for the first time in Eastern Canada Monday in Woodstock, and Country 107.3 got a first look at how the machine operates.

The U-shaped machine is versatile in all types of terrain. It is robotic and remotely operated. All the farmer has to do is stand in the field and use a remote to steer the piece of equipment. Norbert Beujot is the creator of the DOT machines. He says advantages to the machine are fuel efficiency, ability to plant faster, and the ability to handle all types of field terrain.

The Seed Master will be demonstrated for the days that the farm show is running. Make sure to check out this and many other new farming technologies at this years Outdoor Farm Show. The show will kick off Tuesday, September 10th and end on Thursday the 12th.
