Country 107.3 just might have your Fur-Ever Friend! Listen Fridays as John Biggs from The Biggs Breakfast, together with Oxford County Animal Rescue, showcases a dog or cat who is ready to find their forever home.

This week, meet Lou!

Lou is a young dog with lots of energy to spend! He is super affectionate and forms a bond quickly with his human. He struggles with separation anxiety, but is becoming less stressed and is improving. Lou is attending obedience with his foster and is quickly learning basic commands and is working on his leash manners. He is a friendly dog who enjoys routine and lots of exercise, and also loves to relax with all members of his foster family. Lou is a strong and gentle companion best suited for an active family with older children. He does have an allergy to wheat and chicken, so a specific diet must be maintained. He is neutered, up to date on his vaccines, is heartworm negative and has been flea treated.
