Woodstock police continue to investigate a theft at a convenience store, where two suspects took off with a roll of lottery scratch tickets.

Around 5:30am on January 1st, a male suspect had entered a store on Dundas street and asked for four tickets to be printed off. He was then given the tickets and made his way to the back of the store. A second suspect then entered and asked the employee on duty for assistance in finding an item.

When the clerk was distracted, the first suspect went behind the counter and removed a box containing numerous lottery scratch tickets. The suspect then took off with the second suspect in tow.

Pictures of the suspects have been posted on the Woodstock Police Service Facebook page.
