London police are hoping the public can help identify a suspect involved in a break and enter to a residence yesterday.

Around 4:45am, police were called to Ashland Avenue after a male had gained access to a residence through an unlocked window.

Reports say that a woman inside the home was awake at the time of the break in, was struck by an object, and touched inappropriately by the suspect. She sustained minor injuries.

The suspect is described as a white male, 5’7-5’8, 30-35 years of age, unshaven facial hair, light coloured eyes with scabs on his face. He was wearing a black ball cap, light coloured button shirt, a grey hooded zip up sweater and running shoes.
