A rough start to the week for employees of Doug Coleman Trucking in Ingersoll.

Employees were notified today the Ingersoll terminal will be closing permanently as of March 26th.

In a Notice of Termination, obtained by our newsroom, the company says the termination date is dependent on requirements from General Motors and some employees may be kept on, then let go at a later date. The document goes on to say all employees will receive any outstanding wages and agreed upon benefits.

Vice President of Operations Rick Miller, who's name was on the document, refused to comment and President Doug Coleman could not be reached.
