Ford Canada isn't wavering in its commitment to invest in Ontario despite President Donald Trump's pledge to bring jobs back to the U-S.
Executive Mark Buzzell spoke about Ford's plans at the AutoShow in Toronto.
Ford promised last fall it would inject 700 million dollars into its Canadian operations as part of a labour deal with Unifor, which represents about 67-hundred workers at the company's facilities in Ontario.
Buzzell says that money will go towards Ford's engine plants in Windsor, as well as the assembly plant in Oakville.
