Animal rights activists are holding a protest rally Saturday outside the Marineland amusement park in Niagara Falls, Ontario.

They claim animals at the park are neglected.

However, Doctor June Mergl, the park's head veterinarian, says Marineland has been operating for 50 years -- and in that time, has proven itself to be “the world's best facility” for marine animal care.
