The County of Oxford is in the midst of an environmental assessment as it develops a Waste Water Plan for the community of Drumbo.

It has been determined the current waste water treatment facility is nearing its capacity and the growing community is expected to push facilities past their capacity in the coming years.

A Public Consultation Center is being held one-week from Thursday to provide information to the public about some of the alternative solutions being considered and how the county plans to go about it.

The meeting will be held at the Drumbo Agricultural Hall at 42 Center Street on Thursday, July 19th from 5 to 7 in the evening. It is a drop-in style event. County staff and experts will be on hand to answer questions.
