The Upper Thames River Conservation Authority has issued a warning as levels in the watershed rose over the weekend.

Streams, creeks and the Thames River are high, moving quickly and the water is very cold.  Add slippery banks and it makes for dangerous conditions.

The Authority is not expecting serious flooding.  Levels are expected to begin receding the next few days.
