Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 17-year- old, Amber Nicholson and 4-month-old Ciarrah O’SHEA.   Amber has a black 3-in-1stroller with green and blue baby seat.  They were last seen in the area of Wharncliffe Road and Baseline Road, London, Ontario, on Sunday July 1^st at approximately 10 p.m. 

Amber is described as:
