A significant pot bust by St. Thomas Police. Police carried out a search warrant at a Wabbun Street address at three o'clock this morning.

Staff Sergeant Hank Zehr says police confiscated 173 marijuana plants in various stages of growth, some dried pot, growing equipment and scales. The estimated street value of the drugs seized is 175 thousand dollars.

52 year old David Daunter has been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking and production of a controlled substance.
