In a sign of just how panicked the Dalton McGuinty Liberals have become, today the Liberals are arguing that they will create jobs by reducing the cost of home renovations for seniors.
Except Dalton McGuinty obviously forgot that just over a year ago he drove up the cost of home renovations for all Ontario families when he slapped his HST tax grab on home renovation services.

Dalton McGuinty can’t have it both ways. He can’t spend two years saying his HST tax grab will create jobs, only to then claim to create jobs when he undoes some of the damage of his HST tax grab.
It’s clear Dalton McGuinty is willing to say and do anything in the days before an election to try and cling to power. But Ontario families will not be fooled. Nobody believes Dalton McGuinty will ever put money back in the pockets of Ontario families. Nobody believes Dalton McGuinty anymore.
Ontario families know they cannot afford four more years of Dalton McGuinty.
