Code will try to establish your browser and browser version. If the Browser and Browser Version fields are filled in you do not need to change them unless your positive of your browser and version.

Browser Cache
Some changes have been made to the configuration of the player however some browsers may have a previous version still cached causing the 900 seconds error.

Internet Explorer
At the top of the browser window you should see a menu with the following:
File - Edit - View - Favorites - Tools - Help
Click on Help and choose About Internet Explorer.
The version will be look like "Version: 8.0.6"

Firefox
At the top of the browser window you should see a menu with the following:
File - Edit - View - History - Bookmarks - Tools - Help
Click on Help and choose About Mozilla Firefox.
The version will be located under the main Firefox text.

Google Chrome
At the top right of the browser window you should see a wrench icon:
Click on the wrench icon and choose About Google Chrome.
The version will be located under the main Google Chrome text.

Safari
At the top right of the browser window you should see a gear icon:
Click on the gear icon and choose About Safari.
The version will be located under the main Safari text.
